Install

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ FAQPlus-6.0.2.opm

Settings

FAQPlus::Core::OnlyCreateApprovalTicketInNew

Configuration to define whether the approval ticket will only be sent in the case of new FAQs.

Use

Show only approved FAQs

The FAQ module already has the approval option by default, but it does not limit the display of non-approved FAQs to agents.

With this setting enabled FAQ::ApprovalRequired, the module will only display approved FAQs to agents.

The FAQs created by the logged in attendant will be displayed, even if not approved yet, to track the status.

Agents who are in the approver group will see all FAQs.

Approval operation will work in the standard way, creating a ticket, and allowing approvers to change their approval status.

Approval Column Display

To enable the approval column in the FAQs view, access the FAQ::Frontend::AgentFAQExplorer###ShowColumns setting and enter the Approved column.
